- KSM-66 ashwagandha — a root-only extract of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), a plant from the nightshade family.
- Cordyceps and reishi — fruiting-body extracts of two mushrooms, Cordyceps sinensis and Ganoderma lucidum.
- Panax ginseng — an extract of Asian ginseng root.
- Peruvian maca — an extract of the root of Lepidium meyenii, grown in the high Andes.
- Also included — deglycyrrhized liquorice extract, schisandra berries, gotu kola, turmeric root and black pepper extract.
