Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with the seal intact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used supplement products — this applies regardless of how long you've had the item or your personal experience with it. This does not affect your right to a return if the product itself is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered.

To start a return, contact us at hello@menoveil.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: Unit 10, Jones St, Pontypridd, CF37 4EW, Wales, United Kingdom.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can make it right.

Refunds
If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at hello@menoveil.com with any questions.
