Thank you for shopping with MenoVeil. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

UK delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Two options are available at checkout:
• Standard (3–4 business days) — £3.99, or free on orders £30 and over
• Express (2–3 business days) — £4.99

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information where available.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@menoveil.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
