A herb-led formula
Nine botanicals make up most of each capsule, many of them familiar from the kitchen garden.
- Dandelion root — the root of Taraxacum officinale, the common dandelion, and the largest botanical in the blend.
- Juniper berry — the aromatic berry-like cone of the juniper shrub.
- Garden greens — alfalfa, parsley leaf, celery seed, watercress and horseradish.
- Nettle leaf and kelp — the leaf of the stinging nettle, and a brown seaweed.
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 — magnesium as magnesium oxide, and vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride.

How to take it: Take 2 capsules (1 serving), 1 to 3 times per day before meals, or as advised. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Long-term intake of 24mg or greater of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
